Sales Policies

All sales made through the H-Authentica Inc platform are final. Due to sanitation and risk considerations, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered. Users are advised to carefully review their purchases before finalizing them. In the event of order cancellation, all fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.

$50 charge for every Non-Sufficient Fund – Bank charge

$75 for Every stop Payment and other decline payments.

15% of full invoice amount for restocking fee on any order cancellation.

5% Interest every month of the Remaining Balance for any LATE PAYMENTS.

*We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via courier, or incorrect shipping information. You will need to contact your service courier directly.

If there is non-payment or NSF occurs, there will be interest charged at a 5% and that H-Authentica Inc would seek legal remedies available in order to collect for non-payment, including filing a legal claim against them. Further, any and all attendant costs associated with securing payment from the customer due to late or non-payment shall be borne by the defaulting client as well

Layaway Program Terms

The layaway program is open to all customers, regardless of residency. For customers inside and outside Canada, items will be dispatched upon complete payment, and timely payments are essential. Users acknowledge the risk of natural leather damage during the layaway period and agree that H-Authentica Inc. bears no responsibility for such damages.

Penalties for Non-Payment

H-Authentica Inc reserves the right to charge penalties for non-payment, including bank charges for non-sufficient funds and stop payments. A restocking fee may apply to order cancellations, and interest may accrue on late payments. H-Authentica Inc may pursue legal action to collect overdue payments, and all associated costs shall be borne by the defaulting client.

Limitation of Liability

H-Authentica Inc is not liable for lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors by courier services, or incorrect shipping information provided by users. Users are responsible for contacting their courier service in such cases.

Modification of Site and Services

H-Authentica Inc reserves the unilateral right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Site or any service, content, feature, or product offered through the Site, with or without prior notice. This includes the authority to impose fees for Site usage, modify or waive existing fees, and offer opportunities selectively or universally to Site users. Users acknowledge and agree that H-Authentica Inc shall not be held liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Site or its offerings.

User Submissions and Comments
