I agrees to the following:

a.) For Canadian Residents Only
That my item(s) will be on layaway until my account balance lowers than my account limit.

b.) For residents of USA and other countries outside Canada
That my item(s) will be on layaway and will only be shipped to me once the item(s) and shipping fees are fully paid. I will also make sure that payments are made on time.

I also fully understand the risks of putting my item(s) on layaway with H-Authentica Inc.
I understand that H-Authentica Inc. is not responsible with any Natural Leather Damages that may occur (i.e. ageing and discoloration) during the time the item is in layaway until it has been shipped and delivered.

I have read the store policy that ALL ITEMS are FINAL SALE - no refund or exchange will be honored.
In the event that I have failed to pay three (3) consecutive payments, or failed to fully pay the total amount on the agreed date, or decided to cancel the item/s, all previous payments will be forfeited, and the item/s will be released and sent back to inventory.
