I agrees to the following:

a.) For Canadian Residents Only
That my item(s) will be on layaway until my account balance is below my account limit, and all NSF or declined pre-authorized payments have been fully settled. That I will provide updated requirements (I.D. and/or credit card) if the ones on file have expired at the time of the item’s release.

b.) For residents of USA and other countries outside Canada
That my item(s) will be on layaway and will only be shipped to me once the item(s) and shipping fees are fully paid, payments are made on time, and all NSF or declined pre-authorized payments have been fully settled.

I fully understand the risks of placing my item(s) on layaway with H-Authentica Inc.
I acknowledge and agree that H-Authentica Inc. shall not be held responsible for any form of damage, wear, deterioration, or changes in condition that may occur while the item(s) are on layaway, including but not limited to aging, discoloration, material changes, hardware wear, or environmental factors, from the time the item is placed on layaway until it has been shipped and delivered.

I have read the store policy that ALL ITEMS are FINAL SALE - no refund or exchange will be honored.
In the event that I have failed to pay three (3) consecutive payments, or failed to fully pay the total amount on the agreed date, or decided to cancel the item/s, all previous payments will be forfeited, and the item/s will be released and sent back to inventory.
